We’re not fans of racists, sexists, classists, colonialists, and people who are snobs about pineapple on pizza. If you’re none of these (ok fine, we won’t police your food), come on over.

We’re not a family because we don’t expect you to live and die unconditionally for us. We prefer to think of ourselves as a friendly neighbourhood: we care about each other, exchange food, visit each other, take parcels for you when you’re not around, but we understand you have a life.

nØught flexible

We have a real (i.e. not just for the pandemic) remote work policy and our team currently works from Basel, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Puerto Rico, Orlando, and Kota Kinabalu. We believe community comes from trust, not cramming people into a stuffy office for hours at a time. We also pride ourselves on our openness to ideas; like you, we hate red tape.

The flexibility means that we expect results; at the end of day, you can be sitting in front of your computer in your underwear working at midnight as long as you deliver.

nØught kind

We understand that not everyone comes from a very privileged background, and we do our part to help our brilliant people perform at their best. One concrete aspect of this is we provide an IT allowance, because obviously work from home requires a stable, fast connection. We also believe in giving back, and part of our practice is to work on projects pro-bono with worthy causes.

We help companies grow, and we want to use our expertise for our employees too. We believe in growing people to be T-shaped: deep in one subject but also have a broad range of skills/ interests. We love designers who understand financial projections and business strategists who can appreciate the subtleties of kerning.

Training: We have in-house upskilling programs and masterclasses. We understand that the resources for learning don’t come easy, and we do our best to provide it.

Exposure: Part of our work approach is to embed employees with the businesses we work with. That often means taking deep dives into real estate in Florida, life sciences in Switzerland, or even private equity in Singapore. You’ll learn a lot and learn it quickly.

We don’t pigeonhole people. Our ultimate goal is for every single one of our employees to be internationally savvy subject matter experts who can engage in broad areas or one day be business leaders too.
